The main botanical, Juniper, is supported in its leading role by a fairly large quantity of coriander seeds, which gives it the unique and earthy taste that every gin lover knows and loves.

Freshly harvested local flowers such as poplar buds and acacias as well as oriental aromas such as cinnamon and cardamom, fresh wild berries such as strawberries and cranberries, and exotic extracts of lime and orange peel give this gin its unique taste.

Fresh mountain water is an equally important ingredient - the only ingredient permitted for making a gin on London Dry Gin.
