St. Germain is celebrated for its light, sweetly floral, and fragrant profile, with understated notes of citrus, pear, and passionfruit. St. Germain quickly rose to fame after winning the 'Best in Show' award at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2007. Its widespread popularity among bartenders has earned it the nickname “Bartender’s Ketchup,” due to its ability to add a unique, floral note to cocktails.
